Mark Your Calendars!

The two most important dates you need to be aware of in District 33 are:

  •     June 26, 2018 - The Primary Election (Early Voting: Jun 14 - June 21)

  •     November 6, 2018 - The General Election (Early Voting: Oct 25 - Nov 1)

 

Voter Registration

In order to be eligible to vote in the election, you must register your information by:

April 3, 2018, for the Primary Election. If using Maryland's Online Voter Registration System (OLVR), you have until 9:00pm to submit your application;

and

October 16, 2018, for the General Election. Again, if using Maryland's Online Voter Registration System (OLVR), you have until 9:00pm to submit your application.

 

Voting In The Primary Elections

Generally, you must be registered with either the Democratic or Republican Party to vote in the primary elections. You can change your affiliation at any time apart from the 21 days before a primary election. For the 2018 Primary Elections, the deadline to change your party affiliation is: June 5, 2018

To change your party affiliation, use Maryland's Online Voter Registration System (OLVR), or submit a new Voter Registration Application or written request to your Local Board of Elections.
